28 Day Jumpstart

Hey all! This upcoming Monday (April 18th) I will be starting the Fit Girls Guide “28 Day Jumpstart.” It’s a month long fitness and nutrition challenge that includes a full exercise and meal plan. I have been working out for a while, but without a program I feel unmotivated. I’ll be posting some of my meals and my progress throughout the month!
